Pregnancy is not a photo opportunity. It’s a miracle. One of the most profound things a family will ever live through together and one of the easiest to forget once the baby is in your arms and life moves at full speed again.

My approach to maternity photography is rooted in the same philosophy I bring to every family session: no poses, no performance, no pretending. Just real people, in a real moment, loving each other in the most genuine way they know how.

02 — What to Expect

We start with a conversation not instructions. I want to know your story. How you’re feeling. What this pregnancy has meant for your family. Who’s coming. What moments matter most to you.

There will be quiet moments and there will be laughter. There will be tears — the good kind. And through all of it, my camera will be running, catching everything your heart is doing.

You’ll receive a carefully edited gallery — images that don’t just show what you looked like, but what it felt like to stand on the edge of something beautiful.

04 — Where I Work

I’m based in Bellevue, WA and work throughout the Eastside — Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Issaquah, Mercer Island, and beyond.

I don’t work in studios. I work in real places that feel like your life open fields, waterfront parks, urban streets with warmth and texture, quiet forests. Places that feel alive. Places that feel like your story.

05 — What to Wear

Come as you are. Truly.

No special outfits required. No shopping trips. No color-coordinated looks. Wear something that makes you feel comfortable, beautiful, and like yourself. A flowy dress, your favorite sweater, a simple outfit you already own — it all works.

If your partner and kids are joining — same rule applies. Dress like your family, not like a photoshoot.

What I’m photographing is not your outfit. I’m photographing the miracle. And that doesn’t need a special dress.
